We are writing to inform you effective September 4, 2002 your Internet service will be provided by Net Access Corporation.

Net Access Corporation (NAC) has been providing Internet service since 1995. NAC is one of the largest and most reliable ISP’s in the area. NAC is a local company based out of Parsippany, N.J. In addition NAC has a branch office at 198 Spring Street in Newton for your local convenience. Their coverage area ranges from Massachusetts to Washington DC, with core market focus in New York and New Jersey.   • How much will the service cost?

    NAC will be honoring the existing pricing that you have been receiving from Crystal Palace Networking.

  • Will my email address change?

    Your email address will not change. NAC has made it possible for you to keep your email address indefinitely. You may also obtain another email address from NAC free of charge.

  • Will the number I dial for Internet service change?

    You will not have to change the number that you dial for Internet access. NAC will be maintaining the existing Crystal Palace dial-in number. In addition, you will be able to use all of NAC’s other dialup numbers throughout the northeastern United States. Please remember NAC will not reimburse for toll charges, be sure to check with the local operator to verify the number you are dialing is a local call.

  • What other services does NAC offer?

    Net Access offers a wide variety of other services ranging from DSL, ISDN, Web and Email hosting as well as dedicated business connections.
